Fat Treatments

Does this sound familiar?……. “I’ll start tomorrow” I was hearing myself say that everyday and tomorrow never came. I wanted to lose weight, get fit and healthy. I began with a visit to my doctor and discovered that there were some areas I needed to work on. The one thing the doctor did not need to tell me was that I was way overweight and carrying a lot of body fat especially around my waist; although he did confirm that diagnosis as well. I was more determined to get started today on a plan to change my thoughts, habits and begin my journey to being fit and healthy.

Where to start? I had tried a number of diets and exercise plans all of which did give some success but the layers of fat didn’t shift. On the way to work one day I heard an advertisement for Meei. The advertisement was about ‘body sculpting’ and I realised that was what I was looking for. I had a lot of questions, so I made an appointment for a free consultation.

A Meei program was designed for me that would suit my body and my personal needs.

Over the next four months while on the Meei program I could see the fat beginning to shift and my body shape change. I lost a total of 48 centimeters; 10 centimeters just from my waist.

Since then I have continued with the Meei maintenance program and am working on developing a healthy and active life style. I have continued to lose kilos and centimeters and my clothing tags now say size 10-12 instead of the size16-18.
